1. Agreement to these terms

DIY Garage Floor Co. ("we," "us," "our") operates diygaragefloorco.com (the "Site"). By using the Site or buying from it, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Site. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase.

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect when posted, and continuing to use the Site means you accept the changes.

2. Our products

We sell do-it-yourself epoxy and polyaspartic garage floor coating kits, including base coats, decorative flake, clear coats, crack filler, and related supplies.

We describe kit contents, coverage areas, and cure times as accurately as we can, but colors shown on screen may differ from the actual product, and results depend on your surface prep and conditions. All products are subject to availability — we can discontinue any product at any time.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. If we make a pricing error, we reserve the right to correct it — even after you've paid — and cancel or refund the affected order. Sales tax is added where required by law.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the order total plus any shipping.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be from resellers or that exceed reasonable household quantities.

4. Shipping and local pickup

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders ship after processing; delivery timeframes are estimates, and we aren't responsible for carrier delays. Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier delivers the order.

Local pickup is available in the Hamburg, NY area — select it at checkout and we'll coordinate a time.

5. Returns and refunds

You may return unused products within 30 days of purchase for a refund, subject to:

• Products must be unused and in unopened containers.
• A 15% restocking fee applies, plus all shipping costs for the return — these are deducted from your refund.
• Refunds are issued after we receive the returned products.

To start a return, email customerservice@titanepoxyflooring.com. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

6. DIY use and safety

Our kits are professional-grade chemical products sold for do-it-yourself use. By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

• You will read and follow all product instructions and safety data sheets.
• You will wear proper personal protective equipment (respirator, gloves, eye protection) and ensure adequate ventilation during application.
• You will keep products away from children and pets and store them as directed.
• You accept that results depend on concrete condition, surface preparation, temperature, and humidity — factors outside our control.

7. No contractor relationship

Buying a kit does not make us your contractor. Any installation guidance we provide — on the Site, by phone, or by email — is general information, not a substitute for professional judgment on your specific project.

8. Intellectual property

Everything on the Site — text, photos, videos, graphics, logos — is our property or used with permission. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only. Don't copy, republish, or use our content commercially without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to: scrape or data-mine the Site; interfere with its operation or security; use it for anything unlawful; post or transmit anything harmful, deceptive, or infringing; or misrepresent your identity.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Products are provided "as is." To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the products or violation of these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Erie County, New York.
